    They have to leave enough in htere to show that they are not insolvent trading westie, of course.

    What irks me so much is that the shortfall placement money wasn't physically needed by CVI - it went straight to Belize and was merely used to stop the shareholders at the EGM.
    Irks was a carefully chosen word!
