Adm1, not sure I agree with your thinking. Would you expect the CEO of CBA to have a banking background? What about the CEO of BHP, should he/she have a mining background?
This is an early stage technology company that has a single customer risk, mainly because no new deals have been signed in the past 3+ years since the original team were in charge.
I can't think of a single successful technology company that doesn't have a technical CEO. Happy to be enlightened if you know of any I'm not aware of.
