until the administrator/receiver makes a tax declaration that there is no likelihood of any return to investors then you cannot make any application for a tax loss.
The problem is that the adminstrator/receiver will take many years to make this declaration.

what happens with delisted.com I don't know but there is a rule that beneficial ownership can't change hands whilst a company is in administration so it's a mystery to me....
