Kurt, ZLD is to report all revenue it recieves. We are agreeing on that point. But they can only report it when they recieve it.
As they are not involved in the manufacture or sales of the product, they are not like your typical company. But Tassy has explained that better than I.
I agree also that the 4C could have been better explained.
