i agree that the tenements and potential based on work previously done is very good imo and a bit of a feather to get the option.

Was tracking the Star history last night re DKM and Regis and holes etc.

Now...the big question for me as seems all pretty good on the surface considering what Regis paid for a large package ex DKM including Golden Star.

The wording on the Ann is about securing the "option" on the applications with an upfront and milestone payment in being granted.

Firstly, ok...we have the primary option but is there an additional cost $ +/or script for the actual "purchase" of the tenement rights if granted?

Secondly, I'm trying to see where exactly Golden Star falls on the tenements and any overlaps or objections from Regis as haven't see where Regis offloaded it as yet. Not saying haven't obviously, just trying to see when GC Xplore picked it up or if GC Xplore is a sub maybe of Regis?
