This is absolutely ludicrous. There are directors like Bert Mondello committing compliance violations who happen to be on the EM1 board. But ASIC will definitely go after some random nobody good-for-nothing Reddit poster who's gambling their own money on a speculative penny stock and musing about how they think it might pay off in the long term because of the good (in their opinion) hires.

Do you notice how none of the so-called ESH shills/board members are bringing up ESH? Isn't that pretty strange? You'd think they'd be shouting from the rooftops about how amazing the stock is.

Let's entertain the thought that what you say is true. That we're all just ESH shills. Do you not think we'd all be over at the ESH forum pumping it to death? I for one don't give a rat's ass about ESH and their mediocre Clash of whatever API connected service since they have 3 users and borderline zero market awareness. But nonetheless I am an ESH shill because I post facts about EM1's shady (and practically criminal) business dealings?

Show some humility and accept the fact that this stock is not the darling you think it is, and if EM1 wanted to make things right for all its holders they'd shun Miggster to hell, relaunch the product, and condemn ICT. Instead they have doubled-down and limited their revolutionary 5g game cloud product (which is a year late already and running behind Xcloud which has hundreds of millions of dollars in backing where EM1 has 12m cash on hand (of which a significant portion goes to ICT)) all so they can pump their bottom line a little bit.

Please make this make sense.
