@AlphaX you don’t know what you are talking about. I’m a merchant who lost one of my 2 devices (ideally I need both to operate my business smoothly) but I will not be pursuing bringing any class action to Tyro, I adapted just like everyone else whether it be by using the one device or buying a quick (more expensive system to tie over) These are the facts... I called them 3 to 4 times to discuss/chase up the issue over the week. Each time, I was on the phone to someone within 2 minutes, they were a business that had a problem they were trying desperately to resolve and doing everything they could possible do just like the businesses they service ... the ice cream shops that freezers crap themselves so they can’t serve ice creams to family’s, the medical centres that lose power so can’t treat patients etc etc... every business has issues everyday/week/month/year... these guys haven’t skipped a beat till now.
wake up people this is the real world. Shit happens and it’s how it’s dealt with. This is a quality outfit and as transparent as you will see on the stock market.
