im hoping the delays will be rather minimal with the platform lot and testing, was only late December that imec was after 2-3 new positions at the site our manufacturing and testing is being complete.

if it can be done, and id like to think so, it could be an angle to have the works completed "early" at the end of this quarter, with sneaky wording to prevent price rise as others have mentioned for the TO. cant have a take over if hype becomes untenable.
if hype does become prominent and a take over becomes too costly, what's the alternative? licencing with special arrangements or sell off of patents for a product buyout and turning into a dividend style payout ?
