Weak. Keep digging that hole. So ICQ management asked you to convert oppies?

Strange. Because:
1. The oppies were unlisted. Strike was 0.20. The oppies were issued to Catcha Group in Singapore.
2. One tranche of oppies were in lieu of Director's fees.

You did not mention oppies in this post. You mentioned a CR. The CR was clearly NOR. ICQ did not have a CR other than unlisted oppies conversion. The second tranche was for nil consideration.
