There is one word for their situation: BIG DEBT

Make that two words :)

The big questions are:

1] Are their assets worth more than their debt? and
2] Can they realise full value for their assets?

The answer to #1 is .... yes
The answer to #2 is .... we dont know

Risk reward play here ... I love risk reward plays!!! While I have taken profits on most of my holdings, I still hold a few & am hapy to see what transpires.

The world markets are improving each day, and so does their chance to appreciate full value for their assets.
