RBA has locked in current rates until 2024 to guarantee stabilised economy. At these rates there will be very little defaults. A lot of talk about the risk side of things holding this back but with locked in rates until 2024 and the growth the company has shown come 2024 they will be in a very good position. This creates a lot more security and should strengthen price from here
