Suggest everyone read some of the sections of the Corporations Act - particularly 180 to 184...........and see if you can identify events relating to CVI or its CEO.

I'm afraid there are so many things that I believe shareholders should know, but the ASX thinks otherwise. They think it's OK for shareholders to not be fully informed..........particularly of events that led to the resignation of 5 officers in one week.

I am very angry with ASX at the moment..........but working on it.

Are you shareholders ready for another placement, knowing the dirty money has been 'lent' again that stopped the shareholders from moving in to stop this rot - perhaps already spent by Fortitude so unlikely to be seen back in CVI coffers?
