This certainly looks like a leading indicator, no company employs additional process engineering staff , without knowing there is going to be work for them.
I used the location filter on the site and found 12 R&D engineer (pilot test, process calculation) positions advertised for Changzhou. (FLC s production facility)
Considering FLC installed, US $18m worth of plant in China, in 2020 with its existing staffing, these appointments will be, for business over and above last year. ( it would be good to know how many R&D engineers are currently employed in Changzhou)
I recall Israel is where the heavy lifting R&D is being done, so this must be supplementary, more back end
The job responsibilities are quite wide ranging, but point to support engineering for sales anticipated.
