Ermm that's before they know the lease result and the right issue and covid and thai vendor return and the settlement
Now instos fully know that cambodia has no governance and there is return for the past few years.
The only way instos will buy if they are sure the vendors are not going swallow the whole thing and happy to throw some bone to other investors.
Maybe 1-2 years of track record.
