These two directors are making use of the high stock price, and the market cap near $1 billion, by selling over 4.6 million shares for a total value of over A$3.8 million dollars.

Nice work if you can get it.

One of them sure has a lot of personal commitments.

Usually directors trot out the tired old quote " ... we are selling to meet tax obligations .... ", but not here this time, which is refreshing.

This probably accounts for, at least in part, the large cross trades today.

So is it a good time to join them, and is the company over-valued?
Who would know better than the directors!

Both of them still own quite a few shares, but it's interesting to see them cashing in some of them prior to the company re-domicile to the NASDAQ in the USA.

I must also admit that I sold 25% of my holding at 79 cents last week to lower my average buy-in price to 18 cents, to reduce risk, once it crossed the billion dollar market cap, but I'm looking to buy them back, and more, cheaper, and am still waiting. I might have to buy in the 60s, but was hoping for the 50s, so let's see.
