Obvioulsy they got the BFS finally done which i think was the big issue back a few months that it had been delayed and the lack of immediate disclosure (6 weeks after SHN would have known about it) was what got a few people miffed + the general pullback in the nickel price which is now driving SHN back up still 9c is probably closer to fair value once the latest nickel surge settles down.
