Poor old Vert is a puppet of the board ( or their PR spruiker). His verbiage smacks of a degree of understanding but let down by spelling and grammar. He is being fed a limited amount of information and has been sucked in by those who make a living from preying on the gullible. I have seen it time and again over a lifetime in the industry and I find it embarrassing (and amusing) to read his regurgitated tripe.
