These are options. This is a good news. Option exercise price is 63 cents that means CEO believes CTT will not fall below 63 cents. They will only exercise option when CTT share price will go higher than $.85. CTT is looking good to do well in coming months and $1 is not very far to hit.
"All of these options will have an exercise price of $0.63, being the closing price of Cettire shares on ASX on 2 February 2021. Further details will be contained in the Notice of General Meeting which is expected to be sent to shareholders later this month."
