D, definitely a lot of unknowns in these non-platform lots. One theory previously tossed around is that WD has challenged 4DS to tweak some of the manufacturing variables to see whether the needs of other use cases (non-SCM) might be met.
Call it a Hail Mary strategy....low probability of success mucking around with one or two of the non-platform wafers, but huge potential added value if they happen to jag one such long shot.
