Sorry Ms and Mr Lindfield - when you go out why don't you just leave a preferred 'sell' order open? If it'll hit your target, you are happy, if it won't then you still will be able to manage it when you get back.
As one sets the stop-loss, the same way one can set-up the profit-target.
