The masses arent buying ON-MARKET atm because they are better off buying via the Underwriting/SPP.
I, for example, have bought shares to the value of $30K in the past month via the Underwriting/SPP and have spent zero $$$ buying On-Market.
In other words, it is currently MORE PROFITABLE to buy shares via the placement than it is to buy On-Market.
Off course, bargain hunters have 1 more day to participate in the SPP before they begin to buy On-Market again.
