Classic case - he has sold out to early and is wanting everybody else to sell, so he can try and obatin a lower price.
Guess what...? He now has to pay a premium...and more so each day.
Most people hold onto these shares and accumulate more on any weekness, becuase they belive in the whole story.
The billion shares on issue he is talking about, will all change when consolidation is made at the right SP level (10-1 or 5-1), then there will be only a lot less available.
