Surfie thanks for your reply, better late than never. Have to disagree with your comments on Sino not being able to control Mmx with 49%. The proportional takeover rule and the change in the constitution would allow the shareholders
the right to vote on such a decision. So I would assume if the price was high enough they would get it through.
