I sold out of ANZ a few weeks back at $17.23 (and WBC/MQG) mainly because I was fully invested in equities and wanted to put some into cash in case market turned. As it turns out a good decision (not so sure on MQG - out at $30, now $32).
I had bought ANZ from about $15 down to $12 and rode it back up to $17. I am keen to get back into banks at right price, but will probably wait and see what happens with the swine flu (looks like a fizzer fortunately) and rest of the bank's reporting season (really just WBC, as MQG a different beast).
I still have a $50 long position via ctindale's bet, but that money goes to charity so no position disclosed.
