The EPA failed miserably in the release of this report. A fact completely out of the control of GBG.

GBG should have bee afforded the professional courtesy of time to review the report and make an announcement before it was simply placed on the website publicly.

The EPA will use the reasoning it is a public report, and not exclusively GBG's. So perhaps you should direct your criticism correctly.
