No I have not lost my conkers boffin. Right now there is little,if any, debt. A debt of up to $200 billion might be run up over the next couple of years, our government tells us. If it is I can live with that as it is still small by international standards but I do hope the government will not exceed that current limit to borrowing. Hopefully in two years time this recession will have passed and money will be flowing into government coffers again without the need to increase taxes. Dave R.
