So most holders will be in the red for at least 50% and we may possibly taken over....So AUL has been a complete failure and it all now realises on another entity to make back the money....That equals in my book as a dog of a stock

So why did he involve mergers and acquisition specialists Barkley and Pearce a couple of years ago if the plan was not to do a merger all along?
