    I don't see the world sitting back on stockpiles that cover 20-30% of their populations. In this panic you can see them ordering much more... the question is can Roche and GSK deliver? Roche can as they have large stockpiles of the raw materials but GSK is on the backfoot after just completing a large order for UK/Japan.
