As a long term holder of LNK, I still cannot get any sensible answers as to why it make strategic sense to sell the jewell in the crown. Appears to me that the only reason the board is selling PEXA is to make the company less appealing as a take over target, how is that in the interest of share holders. As correctly pointed out by many before me they cannot IPO PEXA without all other share holders agreeing to sell, which they appear to be unwilling to do as they see better value in keeping it, Therefore the only we we will get exposure to this great asset is be retaining it.
