1.1b SOI Under listing rules 7.1 and 7.1a they could issue up to ~250m shares. At 14c = $35m if fully subscribed to. More than ~250m shares and it would have to go to a meeting and be voted on by shareholders. Last quarterly they had ~43m in the kitty. So, is $38m enough to do what they want?
Guess we just wait until Monday morning to find out what they are planning ... unless we come across a terms sheet. Perdy
