Last Call before Finance is announced...Go Ton, page-314

I have noted previously there have been two loans granted by Jinan in last two weeks.
Overall there seems to be two categories of loans being approved by Jinan.
CATEGORY 1: Loans amounts previously approved by Jinan shareholders, that are then executed
CATEGORY 2: New loans, which then go to the shareholders for approval.

Over the last week there has been one Category 1 loan and one Category 2 loan approved. The Category 2 loan went the Jinan shareholder who certified the decision today. I believe the Triton loan is in Category 2. I believe the document outlining the shareholders approval today will provide insights into how the Triton loan will probably play out if approved. Therefore I have attached the link to this document below. Someone else will need to translate the document.

I assume that if Jinan approves finance for Triton the next step will be going to the Jinan shareholders for approvals and the term and conditions will be similar to the loan that was certified today.
That of course is only my speculation.
