Can someone pls explain to me how Mahe Capital can justify their 700k placement fee, in addition to the 11M options?
In the event the share price were to reach $2, elsoa would be circa $1.15
That is 12.65M in addition to the placement fee.
Even with elsoa currently at 10c, his options are worth 1.1M. Current value 1.8M including the placement fee.
There has been no on-market support from Mahe. The sp has drifted to 39c post raise.
I have emailed Michael from Mahe numerous times and have not had ONE SINGLE REPLY.
I even cc’d in board members thinking that may be a precursor to a reply and still zero.
The terms Mahe set out financially for this placement are unethical and borderline fraudulent.
Happy to be proven otherwise.
