As a shareholder I'm sure you will have considered asking why the market (retail shareholders) are not able to participate in the $30M raising. Assuming the answers to my questions go the way I anticipate and the market will NOT be tapped for the 30M.
My figures of current cash holdings and the $3M minimum working capital covenant are based on the ASX anny's so he should be able to give you straight answers. As a holder you have a right to know who will be buying 30Million+ shares in the company and why/if you were not given the chance to participate and therefore maintain your relative ownership of the co.
