everything remains the same in the same proportions including future moves in the company value.
if the value of the company goes up by 10% say from a market cap of 60m to 66m then the SP move would be 3c to 3.3c pre consolidation or 30 to 33c post consolidation.
your 200000 shares would add 200000 x .003 or $600 and post consolidation your 20000 shares would add 20000 x .03 being also $600
