Technically you might be right, but sometimes it is not that easy to predict what is ahead of us. Looking back what happenned in October 2017, we firstly declined the offtake offer from doggy qianyun and then decided to get 15mil via SPP, our share price tanked for a couple of weeks and then shot up to peak 0.47 in three months time. Imo history do repeat, you just gotta be a little be of patient.
