It must be a top 5 holder OR even the top holder with the volume over the last couple of weeks.
If it Harbinger selling they may well not come up with the convertible notes funds POS is relying on to fund ongoing work and any deals like Cawes.
If the rumoured placement does happen the price will crap itself, which is why someone seems to be proping it, i suspect the person proping it knows who the seller is.
No deal announced in the short term while all this is going on.
