you choose to completely overlook my point regarding participation of those more closely associated with and receiving remunerstion from the company..... eg chairman of board.
If execs / bod members are able to participate, make it avail to ALL retail investors, otherwise to me, it smells of rorting by those already at the trough.
Its a good time for all companies to show that their management considers ethical behaviour an important attribute rather than ‘just looking after themselves’.
By your lack of concern, are you a ‘sophisticated investor’ who participated?
