If we go back to when Ford became an EAP there were two announcements.

The first did not contain Ford’s name it was only disclosed in the second after the ASX intervened and a clarifying announcement was released without fanfare and finally we found out it was Ford Motor Company.

Since that second announcement I cannot recall the Ford name being used again.

So my take on this is for whatever reason Ford does not want to broadcast its involvement with Brainchip.

There is absolutely no reason that I can think of why Brainchip would independently not want to broadcast its involvement with Ford.

So if you have nailed something about the two four hour Board meetings being something to do with the Ford EAP progressing it could be that the Board were discussing Ford’s request to keep the next stage quiet as well and how to deal with the ASX disclosure requirements.

To the Board of Brainchip can I say this I will not be upset if you keep me in the dark about a multi million dollar recurring income contract with Ford if this is the only way to get Ford’s signature. LOL
