Ah, Maths for Maths sake!

26 935 382 original shares + 3 740 410 gives 30 675 792 new shares

Amount raised was $5 764 200 divided by total new shares (no options) 30 675 792 gives 18.79071289 cents per share.

If I buy them at 18.5 cents, which I can at the moment, I get them cheaper than what they paid. I don't get the options though which is the sad part.

Though if I wanted some options, I could purchase the real shares instead cheaper than their strike price.

Of course we could calculate what the option is worth and take that off the base price. Then you would be right in less than 18 cents. I'll let someone else do the maths on that one.

I'm guessing we'll be able to pick them up at 15 cents before too long anyway. Hope I'm wrong on that one!

Since I took so long to type all this in, someone else has probably done the calcs!
