This could be the average of one trade at two prices. For example I have a buy order at 0.17 for a volume of 1000. The ticker will buy a partial amount at 17 and as the price drops process the balance of trade volume at 16.5 to complete the trade. So an amount at 0.17 and an amount at 16.5 to make up combined avg. of approx. 16.8. So essentially your trade parcel volume is split over two prices to spit out an odd price.
