Advent takes out insurance with new NOPTA application, page-11

It doesn’t look good.

This is a desperate attempt to stop the permit from lapsing if they reject the main application. They get 30days after rejection to contest it, and whilst they are doing that this new application will reach the joint authority and it will continue the process. But I’m certainly not waiting another year haha.

It looks to me they did their sophisticated investor raise before NOPTA because they were worried the application might be rejected.

The fact there is no “variation” is telling me they are trying at all costs to get “a” application approved to avoid the permit lapsing. That means they will try to do a 3D seismic?

If the company is hedging its bets, then so am I, I’m out, good luck to the rest of you. The situation has now become too risky for me.

If Barilaro still has not signed, then Keith Pitt is unlikely to sign before the end of next week. Next Friday is the expiry. Good luck everyone.
