    Don't try and spin this. Just take some quiet time and answer these questions for yourself...Just what a reasonable person would assume in the circumstances.

    1. Why has it taken so long to get sale process underway?

    2. Should'nt the Directors be trying to MAXIMISE returns for shareholders?

    3. If yes, should'nt they wait until trade sale multiples return to the long term average?

    4. Why dont they wait?
