I think broad sanctions on the country are unlikely as this will only impact the poor citizens, but targeted sanctions on the current military government are very likely, with many already in place. I doubt MYL would be able to do direct business with the Military government. External Asian financing seems to be the best option at the moment, and probably was all along.
