Also, just thinking out loud - if IFT collect (say) $1.8 billion from their TLT investment, what are the chances of a special dividend? I know we have debt to pay down but with about 700 million SOI management could pay out up to $1 p/share and still have enough cash to manage debt and move onto the next target/s.
