I'd buy an parent block type of software and it will solve your problem. There are quite a few on the market liek Internet Security from Norton, macfee got one as well, etc, etc...(it uses passwords etc) Regarding billing online, it's disgusting but, it does happen, I'd think the website page would warn you first but, these days ppl try to make $$$ from you in any disgusting way.
