Hit a high gain of 230% (11.5cents) return from December to January. Now sitting at a measly ~75% return off the SPP price. Don’t you just hate to see it.
Like another poster said, if you got your full allocation like a lot of us did you’d be up ~$23k. Closure date of the spp was December 31, so $23k in just over a month. Unless you didn’t apply for the spp, I’m not sure why you wouldn’t be at least reasonably happy.
I think sometimes us shareholders live in fantasy land with our expectations of businesses and the execs. Almost every week I’ll have to rejig my to-do tasks because I was ambitious or something unforeseen has changed the timeframes...Now imagine if you were disrupting a 100 year old medical sector... give the guy a break. He’s owns 20%+, he knows what he’s doing way more than any of us shareholders and he’s got more skin in the game then anyone. So, he didn’t let the market know of other stuff going on when we got a speeding ticket or got the report out on the day. If I were thinking $$ in front of the share price not cents, I’d probably focus on the things that are going to lead to those outcomes....talk about missing the forest for the trees.
I not selling any shares until we are fair few multiples of current levels (and even then if we have some nice divis coming in then maybe not even then). And although the swing highs are nice and the swing lows are not as much it’s all just noise for now until the real fireworks start.
