Couldnt agree more with this statement. Forget about dilution for the moment but how it would be perperceived if they try to do a raising before releasing the results which have been due for a while.... everybody will be thinking that they musnt have found anything and no thankyou i dont think i will part with my money. I know we are not a one trick pony and i am a huge believer in OAR i just think the results will come first.
