haha your truely an idiot. DB would’ve lodged that second application at a certain time, he won’t know NOPTA approval until it comes through, if it’s coming on Monday he wouldn’t even know now, he is just doing what’s best for the company, and in my opinion it’s the right thing.
this second application does not affect the first one whatsoever, I don’t know what all this panic is about.
DB submits that second one as a safety to the first one. He does not have a clue how that first one is going or when it’s going to be approved.
He’s just following a time frame, and I’m sure that time hit for that second submission and that’s what he has done.

If you just don’t think it’ll be approved, that’s your opinion, but if you think this second submission means the first one won’t be approved, you need to head over to the hospital, and hope they have some spare brain cells for you.
