If you read the report you would realise that they have produced over $30m worth of gold to date, figures did not impact on March Qtr and you would also note that they stated a April production report would follow shortly.

As for your last question. The report clearly states that they are meeting expectations and targets, these are obviously linked directly to targets etc set in feasability/economic studies completed earlier. What it tells us is that the projections that they forecast are being achieved.
I am not sure how you could interprate the report any other way
