Thanks a lot for this copy of the presentation.
This has explained a lot, it seems my short term expectation were unrealistic, hearing there program and result expectation.
I have changed my plan and will set myself up for a medium to long term rather than a short term plan.
I am more confident/comfortable now than I was before hearing this straight from the horses mouth.
